This is the web site for Pacific Cloud, a 47 ft Piver Trimaran purchased by the Proteau's and sailed south to find the sun.

We sailed her from Vancouver, BC to Mexico and over to Hawaii, then back to Vancouver. The trip took just over 11 months.

This Piver Trimaran was build in 1973 at Delta BC. We purchased her in May 2006 and after a summer of working on her we left for a cruise down the west coast of the USA and then on to Mexico.

Pacific Cloud is 47 ft long by 26 ft wide and certainly has more than enough room for two adults and two teenage boys.

The trip was great and now were going to refit her with changes that will make her more comfortable and easier to sail. In about 2 to 3 years if all goes well were going to do it again.

This site was set up to keep our family and friends up to date as to what is happening but we hope that all who visit enjoy the experience.
